1. February Minutes: Approved as corrected.
2. Treasurer’s Report:
a. Has not received bank statement since first of year.
b. Audit report attached. Audit was satisfactory.
c. Financial statement attached. Still catching up with large expenses at beginning of the year.
3. Communications: No report.
4. Activities: Beth Mays discussed arrangements for the annual BPACC Pickin’ Picnic. Flyer attached.
a. In addition to being host for the event, MABA is responsible for trash pickup.

7. Membership: Written report attached. Current membership is 201, with 30 renewals, 12 new members. A form letter for renewals was prepared by the committee.
8. Education: John Gay reported that there will be a guitar workshop on 14 April, and John will conduct a mandolin workshop in June, date to be determined.
9. G.R.A.S.S.: Will coordinate band for Kings & Daughters nursing home for an ice cream social in June.
10. Lucy Opry:
a. April: Charlie Sizemore.
b. May: Getting publicity in newspapers and radio for BPACC Pickin’ Picnic.
11. Welcoming/Caring:
a. Sent 8 cards last month for sickness and sympathy. Wayne Walker’s dad died. They are sending a card weekly to Brent Davis.
b. Memorials for Debbie Read’s dad have not be acknowledged to the family. Ed Richter will review old statements to try to prepare a list of donors. Larry Bomar may have this information.
c. Need to send thank-you notes for GRASS donations.
12. Other Business:
a. Discussed the need to get back to work on finding a new location for weekly jam session.
b. There was a theft one Saturday of music equipment from the Lord of Life gymnasium, which is outside the area used by MABA. The church does not think any MABA participants were responsible, but there is a need for us to be careful in using the facility.
c. Beth
Mays reported that member Gary Rushing need 100 units of blood and a liver
transplant. Having a benefit concert was discussed, but volunteers for
