Newgrass is printed and ready to be folded, labeled and mailed. Members were
asked to stay after the meeting to accomplish this task.

The 2005 audit is complete,
and the sales tax that was due Jan 20 has been paid.

Marty Raybon will perform on
Feb 10, 2006. Tickets are now on sale.
Doyle Lawson will perform on
March 12.
Sam Ketchem will chair a new
committee to be in charge of merchandising at the Lucy Opry and other events,
such as jams and picnics.
Volunteers are needed.

Discussion was held on
whether we should reserve a suite at the host hotels for SPBGMA and IBMA.
It was motioned and voted
that MABA join SPBGMA
Discussion was held on
whether we should join IBMA.
There was further discussion
on what to do with the money that Jeannie collected for a suite for the 2005
SPGMA, that turned out to be unobtainable.
If the donor does not want a refund, the money will go into the MABA
general fund.
